To Whom It May Concern,
We appreciate you taking the time to take this complaint, however, we have already answered this guest complaints in several manners They were rightfully charged for failing to follow our nonsmoking policy They had two rooms and both had evidence of
smoking Therefore, that's where the $per room charge comes into playWe had three separate employees check the rooms and they both smelt and found marijuana I stand by employees for they have no reason to lie They do not get any of the feesAlso, with regards to the guest getting to much changeMy front desk immediately realized his mistake and went to let the guest know and the guest flatly told him "no you didn't" One would usually recheck to make sure but he wouldn't even look at his change My front desk clerk is a very honest person and again I stand by him We also have security cameras watching them and we did not find him taking the extra money We apologize that the Revdex.com was put in the middle of this situation, but we hope you understand our side of the story We are not in the business of cheating people and hope you understand our policy Thank you and have a wonderful day!
