[redacted] called the front desk saying someone just walked into her room asking for Theresa we immediately investigated what had occurred. We found that the housekeeper who was assigned to clean that room had knocked on the door and when nobody answered she entered and announcing herself as housekeeping not Theresa. When trying to explain this to Ms. [redacted] she did not understand that we had the right to enter any occupied room, especially when it was 12:30pm and there wasn't a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. We normally are more than willing to work with upset customers if we are in any way at fault. The housekeeper was just doing her job and unfortunately Ms. [redacted] did not understand the hotels procedures.
