Review: The company received payment from me which included tax, title and registration. They wrote tax, title and registration into the sales agreement. They wrote a check to MVA and then stopped payment on the check.Desired Settlement: They need to pay MVA the full amount as well as any charges the MVA placed on the tax, title or registration for the stop payment.
