To Whom It May Concern: We recently received your letter regarding a complaint about our business, ID # ***. The customer did stay with us on 5/25/for one night at the rate of $156.40. All together with taxes, his bill came to $ Our hotel is indeed going through a remodel
and we take the safety of our guests very seriously. We have a sign placed at the front desk informing guests that we are currently working to improve our property. The hotel offers all the same amenities that were given prior to the remodel, which includes, but is not limited to, high speed internet, rooms with microwaves and refrigerators, complimentary hot breakfast, etc. We are very sorry that the guest was not satisfied with their stay. We have refunded back 10% of their bill. We strive to make sure that each of our guests are happy and satisfied with their experience here at the Comfort Inn Wenatchee.
