Dear Sir/Madam: We have received information from ID# [redacted] The customer in question did use a debit card to pay for their stayI do apologize for the way that this was handled and the clerk being rude to her husbandI do agree that the clerk should have not been rude to himThis should have been corrected by now and the amount which shows was charged was in reality a hold by the bank which any amount over the actual amount owed should have been returned to thecardholderNormally it takes 2-day days to show back into the cardholders aCCOUntI am still working to correct this situation and any issues brought up will be investigated thoroughlyI do apologize for how long this has takenMy front office manager, [redacted] has been trying to reach you in the past week to resolve this issueWe want to have this resolved as soon as possible
