Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a crooked business practice meant to take money from people who made innocent mistakesAs to the "repeated" warnings that hotel booking was non-refundable maybe they need to put that on the homepage in large font right beside the company logo because I didn't see itI hope you all lose money because of these "non-negotiable" understandings you impose upon customersI am never staying in another choicehotels.com or Comfort Inn & Suites hotel or motel ever again Sincerely, [redacted]

This guest made and ONLINE ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE reservation Before making the reservation, which they made online at www.choicehotels.com, they are notified multiple times that the reservation they are about to make is pre-paid, Non Cancellable, or changeable I have attached from our website where this guest would have seen those terms prior to booking their room Please see attachments: This shows, how different rates appear on our website You get disounted rates for booking the ADVANCE PURCHASE rates, however the terms are clearly defined as PREPAID, NON-CANCELLABLE RATE.Prior to booking the reservation as shown on page of the attachement, is a detailed GUARANTEE POLICYThis is how the reservation booked by guest online, appears in our system We have explained this to the guest, and because of the Advance Purchase reservation they were charged for the night room and tax If you need further information please contact me Thank you

The customer booked rooms online through a book now pay now featureIt requires you to provide bank information and there is a confirmation that states once submitted it can not be canceledWe will not provide a refund

The guests used our pool and hotel facilities over several hours. The pool temperature was reading at degrees at the time of their complaint that the pool was too cold. We observed them using the pool for over an hour and fifteen minutes. Since they used our facilities we will
not be refunding their money. I hope this brings closure to this case. Thank you

Review: The room had a nasty mold smell, not clean at all tub was dirty, laps had stains on them car part haven't been cleaned at all air conditioning was dirty I asked to be switched to another room I couldn't they were booked .I also have photos to back it up.Desired Settlement: At least half of my money back or a free room at another hotel location.
