Comfort Inn Lexington

Review: I checked into your Comfort Inn Location located at [redacted] on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 9:30pm. My husband and I were on route from [redacted] to [redacted] and needed a place to rest because we were very tired. We checked into our room and as I was packing out my clothes on the sofa chair; I found a Latex Condom behind the chair. I actually wouldn't have seen it, but I move the chair because I dropped some items. I was totally disgusted. We made a complaint to the front desk lady and was switch to Room [redacted]; but we also asked her for some sort of discount or compensation. After all, fidning a condom in the room is not only disgusting but speak of the quality assurance checks for each room. She told me nothing can be done. So, I would like a respond to my email, because I expect a full refund. I also will be contacting Choice Hotels Head Office and Revdex.com.

Hopefully this matter can be resolved in a favorable manner.
