Review: Was not informed of various policies involving charges that would applied to my account. At the time of my checkout, Saturday 1 July 2013 , I was charged $201 including all the fees I had previously agreed to. Several days later I had another pending charge appear in the amount of $70.06. They claimed it was a fee charged for "incidentals" such as movies, games and extra pet fees. I found this to be odd considering the fact that I had checked out and paid all applicable fees days prior to these charges. These charges were never authorized on my end.Desired Settlement: Removal of pending charges

This is regarding mr. [redacted].I already sent the email copy of the billing statement which shows that we had charged only on master card$201.46. His friend paid $150 and remaining balance has been paid by him.

We have not charged anything else on his card there must hold on the card which is security hold that has been released when they check out.Please contact the guest and reconfirm everything.

I left 2 messages for him to contact me so I can talk but have not heard form him.
