Booked the room on *** and it was listed as 3 star and had great reviews. Thought it looked good. I was woke up at 11ish pm with knocks at my door. I was sound asleep. The man said he was front desk. I asked for proof and he jingled keys and said "I have keys to your room and I'm coming in. I know Patricia's in there. I said my name is Vicki & there's no one in here by that name. I again said I need to see a name tag or ID. The knocking got louder & louder. Another man joined him & was yelling ***, get your *** out here. I called 911 & explained what was happening. I was terrified. Now they're both banging on the door and using disgusting language. Saying they're gonna bust the door in if I don't let them in. I was trembling and crying so hard I could hardly talk to the 911 lady. I was afraid for my life. This went on for about a half hour, then suddenly got quite. I heard the "front desk guy" tell the other man, she called the police, they just pulled up. The other guy left. 911 stayed on the line with me till the officer got to my room. I packed up and he was kind enough to find & escort me a safe motel for the rest of the night. I haven't had decent sleep since...I can still hear them yelling! *** I have contacted the motel to get a refund, but havent heard back. I think something needs to be done so no one goes thru the trauma that I have. Truly Horrifying Experience.
Other (requires explanation) I would like to hear from management or owner with an apology. I would also like at the VERY LEAST a refund from my night of horror. I was advised that the front desk man should of shown proof of his position and given a refund for all the trauma. I think both the Country Inn & Suites and *** are guilty of FALSE ADVERTISING!
I just found the receipt that the charge was reimbursed on may 18th 2020 for *** to card ending in *** (***).

I apologize for taking a day to get back to you, I had to look back on some records from this date as I was not the acting manager at the time. I did find the records and I am absolutely apologetic that something of this nature took place at our motel. I have verified that it was NOT in fact, our front desk clerk, It seemed to have been 2 people that somehow gained access to the property without being screened first. As the New GM I can assure you we keep our eyes and ears open at all times, anyone coming on property is screened for which room they are proceeding to. If she would allow, I would like to reimburse her for the stay. And have no problem reaching out to her, to apologize that this occurred. --Mona
