customer.  They charge guest a bit more as a service fee while still saving guest money which is what they do.  [redacted] provides us, Comfort Inn with payment from [redacted], not guest.  We do not have access to guest credit card or to rate [redacted] charged Ms. [redacted].  Our front desk agent made a mistake and gave Ms. [redacted] the receipt that was [redacted]’s payment and negotiated rate.  She would like the difference credited to her, however we do not have any access to do that. Our Front Office Manager has already explained this to Ms. [redacted].  I will send her an email and try to explain this to her.
