I will never, ever allow Comfort HAAC back into my home. My air conditioner went out and since we have a service contract with them I called them out. They immediately told me it could not be fixed and that I needed to spend anywhere from $5,000-$7,000 to replace our system. I wanted a second opinion since my system is only 7 years old. The second company that came out was able to fix the very small part that needed replaced for $250 and it has worked fine since that time. (At this writing, two weeks.) Either the Comfort repairman didn't know what the problem was and therefore wasn't very good or they were running a scam. Either way, they won't be back...funny that they haven't ever called to follow up on the situation either. I will be cancelling the service contract. If you want to use them, get a second opinion before you spend the money!!!
