Comfort First Heating & Cooling

I hired this company to install a complete new system in my homeI had it installed in May of and since installment this system has been a headacheEvery time they come out its always this needed to be adjusted or that needed to be adjustedTill finally they replaced the thermostat and we made it through summer now we are at fall again and we had a heat pump installed to save propane and same as last year heat pump will not operateSo it has to be tweaked againAfter spending thousand dollars on this new system I would think after a year of tweaking this system it would be running great and the kinks are outNOPE STILL HAVE TO CALL IN TO GET SERVICE....oh and we went with the alert system so not only we would get alerts but the office would get alerts and know the system is not working properly and in the sales gimmick when they sell the system to you...Oh NEVER HAVE TO CALL US FOR SERVICE WE CALL YOU!!!! That's a complete lie as they get the alerts but wait for you to call them to get the serviceI am so frustrated over this system they have installed its been nothing but problems and no compensation of any sort offered for our trouble we have went through with this system
