On July 10, 2014, our technician installed an evaporator coil in the home of the customerDuring the installation, he punctured a small hole in the inside of her closet doorHe did note this on his paperworkOur office did receive a call from the customer regarding the matter the next dayWe gave the information for the repair to our technician and were unaware that the problem had not been resolved until we received the complaint letter from the Revdex.comWe did not receive a call from customer letting us know that the repair had still not been madeWe confronted the technician assigned to do the repair and learned that he, in fact, had not made the repairHe was written up for his transgressionWe contacted the customer to apologize, and the technician has since returned to her home and made the repair to her door We regret this unfortunate series of events occurred and have taken steps to ensure that this does not happen again
