Comfort Air Control

Review: I was referred to Comfort Air Control through [redacted]. I was charged $100.00 for a technician to diagnose the problem with my central air conditioner. It was during the extremely high humid weather [redacted]. had over the weekend of June 1st. CAC couldn't come out for 4 days. When the technician did come he said he needed to contact [redacted] to get authorization to fix the problem. I waited 2 days and hadn't heard from CAC so I began calling CAC everyday to get my air conditioner fixed, the calls always went to voice mail. I finally was told by [redacted](after several phone calls) that the problem would have to be rediagnosed. Again, after numerous unanswered phone calls to CAC I finally got someone to reschedule to come Wed. 6/12/13 from 1-5 pm. I called to reconfirm the day of the appointment and as in all other calls it went to voice mail. NO one showed up at my home. I called them again this morning(6/13/13) to inform them that I would be contacting the Revdex.com. I believe this company is a total sham and certainly unethical. I did ask the technician ([redacted]) if he were licensed and he said he was but didn't show me any paperwork or card. The health issue would be extreme high heat and humidity and unnecessary stress. I have since cancelled my policy with [redacted] and suggested they not refer any future customers to CAC. I expect a full refund from CAC .Desired Settlement: Full disclosure to unethical business practices and a full refund.

Review: Incompetent and negligent boiler technician. Left job site incomplete, inoperable and in unsafe condition three times.Desired Settlement: Refund service fee and compensate for lost time

This company is the worst I have dealt with in a long time. They are completely nonresponsive and basically seem like a scam. I would never recommend this company.
