I have used Comfi.com prepaid calling cards for years. Customer service has always been very good until mid-2022 when I began having trouble using the card. I discovered that their customer service has gone from good to practically non-existent. There is no more live telephone help, and when forced to the "live chat" I've had very long waits until someone responds to my inquiry. Then more long waits before their reply to my question. I've been unable to use the card due to "security concerns" only to be told after a 40 minute wait that calls from USA to England have been "temporarily blocked." I had another similar issue a month ago in late November 2022, and the issue was not resolved for about two hours. By then my required telephone conference was ended, and I was reprimanded for being absent. Now it is late December, and I'm having another major problem. I plan to request a refund and seek another more reliable company than Comfi.com.
