Comet One Hour Cleaners

Dear [redacted],I am not willing to pay the customer [redacted], $100.00 .  This customer has only been to my business twice.  The majority of what he has spent, $55.05 has been to process sport knit shirts.  This type of shirt can not be starched.  He brought 4 pants each time...

he has been here and ask for the 3 pant special.  That is what we provided which is dry cleaned and pressed.  I think the misunderstanding is that this is not the same as starched pants.  Starched pants are first laundered with starch added to the rinse cycle, then pressed while wet.  That is not the special.  Our policy is that if someone ask for the three pant special and when they go to pick it up, see that it is not what they intended, we will be glad to redo the pants at no additional charge 1 time and starch them.  We would never tell someone "your next order is free".Even though he has worn the pants, I will offer to starch 4 pair at no charge one time.  Sometimes, it is just like ordering eggs in a restaurant, you just have to know the lingo in order to get what you want.Hope this helps
