Comerica Bank - Small Business Group

Review: A check was issued to Mr. [redacted] from Comerica Bank in the amount of $2500.00 in 2009. Bank was contacted in October, 2014 when check was located after being lost. Advised that check could be deposited in current bank account. Check was deposited in the Golden One but later rejected as too old. Comerica Bank then advised that funds had been transferred to State Controllers' as unclaimed property. Numerous phone calls, emails and certified letter to State Controllers' has produced no results. State Controller's office has no record. Called [redacted] again today at Comerica Bank as she is the one that has been handling and was told that she did not have the time to research. Frustration at a high in trying to get this matter resolved for last 3 months. Your help would be appreciated. My care giver, [redacted] is the one that has made all attempts to resolve. She is my Power of Attorney on all matters. Thank you.Desired Settlement: A new check issued in the amount of $2500.00 payable to [redacted].
