I am not satisfied and are upset and unhappy about the ring and the customer serviceWith all this problem going on for months, I am tired of dealing with this and do not want to continue paying my money to someone who not only messed up my ring but gave bad servicesI will give back the ring if I have toI just dont want anything to do with them and do not want to give them any of my moneyI should not continue to pay for something and force myself to use my money toward something I am very unsatisfy withI did not make a mistake and it was the company fault to start off with so why should I continue to be their customer and give them my moneyThey damaged my ring and expect me to be ok with it? NoNothing will change my mind and nothing will replace itPlease take this into considerationThank you

Per instructions on your web site, I am filing additional information regarding my complaint against Comenity Bank My complaint was closed before I received additional information from Aspen Dental, the company that initiated contract with Comentty Bank/ DentalFirst I expect this information to be added to my complaint, and additional action taken by your agency. Please consider the following:The letter I received from KaiM*** with Comenity Bank dated May 1, 2017, contains factual errors. As to the finance charge Comenity is charging my account, Ms***l states: “…when a late fee is assessed and there is a promotional plan, the late fee creates a revolving balance Due to late fees not being paid, $in finance charges were assessed on the revolving balance.” This means Comenity is charging customers interest on late fees, contested or not If the finance charge Ms***l states in her letter is true, that would total $for the months in question Considering the $credit to my account on April 4, 2016, for finance charges, Ms***l does not explain what the additional $in interest and fees are for that have been charged to my account Further, concerning her statement about late fees, I pay a greater amount each month than is required (on average $compared to the $minimum payment) In reviewing all mail and emails from Comenity Bank, they have never notified me about paying late fees, nor what the process is for paying such fees above and beyond my monthly payment Nor have they conveyed the penalty I might face for not paying such fees The page on DentalFirst’s website dedicated to paying monthly bills contains no provision for paying late fees, just monthly loan payments. On another page titled is the following statement regarding paying bills: “Making Deferred-Interest Plan PaymentsWhen you make a payment on your credit card account, your payment is applied to your total account balance, including your revolving account balance, deferred-interest promotional plan, and any other plans associated with your accountThe amount applied to your revolving account and deferred-interest plan is based on your plan balance(s)When a deferred-interest plan is nearing its expiration date, and you pay more than the required minimum payment due, the additional amount is applied to the soon-to-be-expired plan Note: To avoid paying total accrued interest charges, you must pay the balance of your deferred-interest plan(s) in full by each plan's expiration date.” Again, no mention of paying late fees is mentioned Therefore, saying I did not pay late fees resulting in the “revolving balance” is a statement. My complaint with Aspen Dental is the business manager did not provide me copies of the loan I signed on January 18, Repeated attempts to get copies of these documents have been ignored In a previous document he provided me on December 21, 2015, I find no provision for this revolving balance on promotional plans anywhere in that loan document Like it or not, the Aspen Dental business manager served as DentalFirst’s representative when I entered into the agreement To get an appointment for dental services, however, I had to sign a loan document that the manager said he would hold until January 18th I left with the explicit understanding I could make changes to financial arrangements without penalty on January 18th, and my financial obligation to DentalFirst would not start until that date. Contrary to this pledge, the manager submitted loan documents to DentalFirst on December 21, 2015, for a plan I did not approve On January 18th, I agreed to a deferred-interest promotional plan Nowhere in Ms***l’s letter does she mention discussing my complaint with Brandon or Aspen Dental, nor does she explain why it took more than two months make corrections to my account. I still have the impression that Comenity Bank is looking for means by which to profit from their deferred-interest promotional plans by charging customers hidden fees and penalties It is unconscionable to take advantage of senior citizens in this way. I further gather from Ms***l’s letter that she is limited only to stating company policy, and has no authority--or desire--to mitigate this matter To resolve my complaint, I still insist upon a credit of $in unexplained penalties and finance charges, and $in late fees. Sincerely, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I am not happy the way I was billed! The bill should have stated that the amount due
was the minimum amount and also listed the amount for months financing free! I thought I was paying the amount for the months financing free since that is what I signed up for! Since I had opted for the months financing free, the amount billed should have been that amount!!!

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI wish I could have achieved this result directly with their customer service representative without first having to file complaint with Revdex.com. Better late than never, I guess

This complaint has absolutely NOT been resolved to my satisfaction, and I notified you of such, and this should NOT appear as "Revdex.com has not heard back from the consumer..." The Revdex.com should pursue this bank's policies and practices, which are reprehensible.Comenity has not resolved this matter to my satisfaction, and I am moving forward with my complaint to the FDICPlease update your file to reflect that this has NOT BEEN RESOLVED

Hello,The company has only responded with a canned response that they will look into the matter. I am attaching the original
letter that I sent the company claims department. I also contacted their customer service department, they advised that if I dont like it to write a letter to my local congress person to change the laws. Please help.Regards,
