Review: We had placed an order (Order #[redacted]) on 7/**/13 with specific notes for them to ship Fed-Ex. They shipped USPS. We contacted [redacted] and requested they fix the issue. They asked for payment information again and said we would receive Fed-Ex tracking information that same day. We did not receive any information. We tried calling multiple times and they do not answer phones or email requests. We tried contacting through website and they said they would check up on it and update same day. No update was given and they make no effort to contact us.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund for the purchase and shipping immediately.

Review: I ordered 2 phone cases online ($40.83) 11-**-14 received a shipping/tracking number the next day. Items never received as of today 12-*-14. I've made numerous attempts at contacting to resolve this issue. Last contact I requested the order to be canceled & a refund be issued on (Nov [redacted], 2014) I was told it would take 24-48 hours & still no refund. Now, when trying to call the customer service number, I get a recording to leave a message & order number & rep will get back to me. it's been everyday for a week now calling, leaving messages & no return calls to me to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I want this transaction canceled & my $40.83 refunded

Review: I placed an order at ohcases.com almost one month ago. I received a notice that the item had shipped, but received no tracking number. When the item never arrived, I contacted the company to ask when I might expect the product, but have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive a refund, or actually receive the product I purchased.

Review: I ordered a product which said was in stock and shipped the next day as well as taking my money. After contacting them for several weeks, I was told it was on back order, I never received any information about that. After almost a month, I contacted them to cancel my order. It has been a week, I have yet to get confirmation of order cancellation and my money back. I have tried contacting them without success.Desired Settlement: I would like to know my order was cancelled and get my money back.

Review: Purchased product from ohcases.com on 8/* and a shipping confirmation on 8/*. Tracking via USPS however shows the package never left. I tried contacting the vendor but no phone numbers or voicemails are answered. Daily emails got no response. I eventually got an email from [redacted] of Ohcases.com on 8/** saying my order was being shipped. No tracking has arrived and I still do not have the product. The site promises 2 day shipping.Desired Settlement: I would like my product and a refund as you have not met your shipping policy.
