Comcast's customer service is terrible! I needed a new line run from the road to our house in Nov The technician that came out only partially buried the line leaving it above ground across two walkways This spring (2017), I went into the office to request a service call to address the issue No one came Early September, I started calling the Customer Service number to address this issue in part because it's a fall hazard as well as being unsightly I was given a service date and no one showed I called again and was told they're running days behind schedule I waited the days and no one showed I called again I was given another appointment date No one showed Called again This time a technician showed but he was the wrong "type" of technician and didn't have the proper equipment on his truck He called and arranged another appointment for me the end of October No one showed I called today and am now told that it's winter in Michigan and it can't be buried until the spring which will be In all this time, I have never received a phone call or email letting me know that a service person wasn't going to show up I have had to wait home multiple times now as well as spend hours on the phone with no resolution to the problem It will only start all over again next springTerrible, terrible, customer service!

This is a fantastic company Mr K*** and his crew had my dock repaired in no time I highly recommend them

We have tried to change the name and last SS numbers on an account, keeping the same addressSo far we have had to go to Denver twice and have been on the phone a minimum of hoursI think we have finally got the change requested and in return the service technician said for all the trouble they would add a year of HBO, basic tv, and internet for $49.99/mo plus tax of $He also said he would activate the ETA while we were there
Returned home and had internet but not tvCalled the number and after being on the phone for minthey got the tv box working while trying to sell me an upgraded packageAccording to them, they say my package is now $not the $and HBO is extra
After exceedingly poor service, I cannot trust Comcast to be honest
