I purchased tow ink cartridges from ComboInk and quickly realized their product would not work in my Lexmark copierI called and was told they would send out a package to put the cartridges in and I could send them back for a full refundComboInk sent out a letterI called again and they told me I would have to get my own package to send them backI sent the two cartridges back with the package I had to buy and put their return sticker to the packageI waited for two weeks with no refund to my accountI called back again on 3-11-and the woman told me they never received the package and that I should waitI called back on 3-20-and the man said they had numerous items returned and that their warehouse was trying to keep up with all the refunds and that I should waitNow it is 3-27-and they have yet to put my money back into my accountThese people now have my debit card information and I don not have a refundI am not only disturbed but very concerned that this c

On June 30, 2017, I placed an order with ComboInk for the purchase of two HP 63XL Black Ink Cartridges, two HP 63XL Color Ink Cartridges and one HP Tri-Color Ink CartridgeOn August 18, 2017, I opened one of the new HP 63XL Tri-Color Cartridges in an attempt to print Church InvitationsOn or around the seventh copy a message came up on the screen saying that the color ink has been depletedI call ComboInk and spoke with a representative by the name of ***She asked me to install the other color ink cartridge and the same message came up on the screen after a few copiesI was then informed by *** that I had the option the return the cartridges because they were under a One Year WarrantyI opted to return all four HP 63XL Cartridges including the two unopened black cartridgesI received an email on August 19, 2017, I received an email that had the RAM Number ***, but no prepaid return labelI replied to the email informing ComboInk that I had not received the prep
