I unfortunately was very disappointed in our experience with Combee Insulation The salesman, Lloyd, came out to our house to bid insulation removal and blown in put back in For the removal of the previous blown in insulation, he pointed out what a difficult job this would be, likely taking two daysHe advised me to plan on being available for two days to complete the jobHe made it very clear that this was not going to be easyBecause of this he bid the job at over $ I was pleasantly surprised when the workers arrived and completed the job without any difficulty in approximately two hoursIn fact, the workers stated that the job did not pose any problems at all My issue is that he bid for a very large job that ended up being a very minor job in comparison to what he describedWhen I asked him about this he took off a small discount and still insisted on us paying over $ My husband and I will certainly pay what they have billed us for, but we are left feeling very dissatisfied with the processIt seems very clear he would've never bid this job for that high of an amount when the amount of work required was so minimalThis type of behavior does not coincide with my definition of integrityNeedless to say, we gave the remaining insulation work to another company
