Had a Roof repair scare, I called up Combat Veterans Roofing, *** got me in within a day, came out fixed the problem in less than an hour He was so kind and professional, he helped me out explained the situation and took care of it These guys are great and will not go anywhere else if I don't have to Giving my fellow vets a job is an honor

I called regional building and he hasn't even opened a permit by January. After 30 days of trying to call him, we spoke and I ask for a refund since no work was started or permits pulled. He said the check is in the mail. Still no check and still can't answer the phone. I will be calling JAG, regional building, every building supply company and driving from the east coast back to Colorado just to make sure he doesn't screw anyone else over.

Beware! I have had an issue where after work is completed a report of completion has not yet been submitted to my insurance company (2+ months)......phone calls are not answered and messages (a good half dozen) are not retired. Note that there is also no email address listed for this company. Shady.

This company was recommended to me by a neighbor. In August we agreed to fix my roof after my insurance adjuster and him inspected the house. After waiting 2 months to get my roof fixed or at least set a date, I attempted to contact Matt the owner and he did not return my calls. My house is still needing roof repairs and now I am going to have to find a company in the middle of winter to repair the hail damage and hope that the snow does not damage my home any further. This company abuses their veteran status by using their name and veterans reputation to make you trust them into hiring them. I finally contacted a lawyer that identified the paper that I signed was not a valid contract and terminated his services. They will not be doing my roof repairs. Please be aware that this company only cares about getting money and not the customer.
