The item ordered online is a very hafind, rare itemWe deal with several importers for that item and unfortunately it has not been available for awhile as they are made in small quantitiesWhen they do come into the US, they are shipped in very small quantities and generally only people that
have the item on a Pre-Order (as in this case) will receive one from the shipmentThe customer was aware of this and decided to wait for the item to become availableIf the customer has changed their mind and does not want to wait any longer for the item, that is fine and we can certainly issue a refundThis complaint is the first we have heard of this change in the orderOur email system is still going, I can only speculate that any recent emails from the customer may have ending up in a spam folder and therefore not noticedAgain, if the customer wants to cancel and receive a refund we can process that for them, no problem
