On 1-24-about 16:22:(MST)(time stamped on my check#***) I received a pop up from Microsoft on my computer which stated I had a problem and to call this number [redacted] for repair and not to shut down my computerWhen I called the number ( [redacted] )foreign accent-advised they could repair my computer for $99, then offered a lifetime virus protection for $199, exact total $and the lifetime virus protection would transfer to any other computer I would have in the futuresounds good rightWell they got me for my moneyThey preceded to work on my computer, the message was gone and later I found some of my functions were not working, example my SD card reader, I called them back several times to get this repaired, ( [redacted] ) always answered the phone and explained that tech support was not there, I would have to call back, I thought I was calling California, so time wouldn't be an issueI then got suspicious and was told I was scammedI would like a refund back as I h
