Colusa Casino Resort

I was in Colusa Casino around August 2022. It was nighttime and I doing very well on the keno machines. I won $510 and tried to get a floor person to cash in my ticket because I was hurting. I waited for a long time and no one came. A man who was sitting next to me said he would go and cash in my ticket and bring me back my money and I believed him. So I gave him the ticket and waited and realized I really messed up because I didn't know the person. Sometimes I'm really hurting and no one comes to help me when I push the service button there is always someone around that says hey I'll help you so I believe him. I waited for my money for about 10 minutes and realize that I was not going to get it back so I talked to security and told them I gave someone my ticket so they can cash it in and they never came back. This was August 2022 and I understand that I made a mistake but that should not be my fault because I did push the service button for help and no one came this happens all the time in the keno area. It takes a long time for people to come and help us so I think that I should be able to be compensated for my loss. Just this year May 7th 2023, about 2 days ago I sat at the keno area and pushed the button for someone to help me, the service people came and said someone will be there soon. I had to push the button and ask for service four times before anyone came to help me. This has been an ongoing thing at the Colusa Casino we don't get the help that we need. I'm handicapped I can barely walk sometimes and I've been told that I shouldn't come there if I'm hurting. This is unacceptable I should not be told when and where I can and cannot go due to my disability. I've been going to the Colusa Casino since 2002 and it's getting worse all the time. I have witnessed some of the cleaning people use one towel for everything to clean the machines and seats the ashtrays and walk away I think it's an unsanitary thing to do. I've been at other casinos where they at least change the towels when they clean the machines. Colusa Casino help has improved since last year but there still are some rude people that work there. When I lost my money due to not being able to go up to the Cash cage on my own. The security checked the cameras and said well you gave the person your check so we really can't do anything about it until he comes back. I have not received any other messages from the security but I did ask again today and the security guard told me that they haven't seen a person that matches what happened to me last August so they can't do anything about it. Someone actually stole from me in the casino security made me feel it was my fault that's just crazy. I do not trust some of the staff and the customers now because this has happened to me. I was told by a high roller that plays a lot in the casino that this has happened to her before and she got her money back. I'm not a high roller so I guess I don't deserve the same service that she had. I think the Colusa Casino only sees people who can give them stuff like gifts that I've seen and money that I've seen and compliments. They don't care about the little people who barely have enough to live on and come out there to play. I also told by the a host when I lost a lot of money that it was my fault and oh well. Then another host told me that I was considered to have a host because someone felt sorry for me. They tell me that often when I asked for free play it makes me feel bad and it makes me feel useless and unworthy. I know maybe we shouldn't come because we have so little but I've been encouraged to come sometimes and lost a lot of money and all I was told was oh that was good now you might get called for the drawings. I've lost $1,200 once just to get $250 free play. On April 30th I got my money from my disability and played $3,000 and was told that I could not get any free play because it was not counted for May. I was also told that I could not get any free play at all for May anymore because I had got some special free play and money last month and to just use the free play that I have every day and the benefits. I really don't understand this gambling thing because we go out there mostly to win and I know is to have fun but it's not fun losing. They tell us that if you play more you'll win more so we believe it. Then when we lose everything that we have they say well that's your fault. There is a crazy way about casinos where they say come and play with us and then when we play too much and lose our shirts and want to kill ourself they say go to gambling anonymous. Most of these casinos are heartless. The people are heartless that works there. The staff that is supposed to go around to make sure you're safe or heartless and playing there is worthless because you'll never get ahead unless you win something big and still they treat you like st. I've tried to be a good person. I tried to help people. I've helped the community and I've gotten screwed a whole bunch of times. The only place that you can go so you won't go crazy in Colusa is the casino and people do not want to go there and not be able to do anything but sit there and watch other people play. Although I've done that before but the players look at you like you're trying to steal their money and some report you. I want to play too so I do and I lose a lot of money. When I win money the people that are around me ask me for money and I give it to them thinking maybe they'll find me one day and say hey I remember you, you gave me some money here's some money for you. I try to treat people how I want to be treated but it doesn't go that way. I grew up in a Christian background and I know gambling as a sin because how it makes a person feel. Some people actually lose their lives, their houses, everything they own because of gambling. I just want to say to the people who read this, be very careful about these casinos especially Colusa Casino these people are so mean sometimes that you just want to cry, I have. I tried to talk to the higher up people and I get refused to talk to them so they have no idea how I feel and how other people feel about the treatment at Colusa casino by some of the staff. I've gotten to know a lot of the staff and seen how they act. Some of them act like we are a burden and don't want to help us. I've seen some of the staff in the kitchens, even on the floor that don't want to help you. They ignore you or they take their time to help you. I feel that there should be a required class on common courtesy to customers. I think they're also should be some rule that says if a person is handicapped and can't make it to these cash cages or promotions that they should be given a little time to get to the promotions. Also, if you're looking on those cameras and you see somebody who needs help, help them and not just to throw them out, make sure they get help. The casinos are being like the world now they don't give a damn about no one but themselves. They expect you to give them things because they don't have them, they expect you to put your money in those machines and lose so they can profit. Think about it if we all took a stand and said we deserve to be treated better than they treat us and walk out of the casino and actually went to a park or just a drive. How do you think these casinos will act then, because we are your money they're not ours. From the highest player to the lowest we should all be treated the same. We should all be able to get help when we need it. We should all be able to get special privileges when we spend our money there. I just want people to be treated like I would treat them with kindness, respect, and sympathy. I try to help people even though I might need help too and when I do the people that I help walk past me like they don't even know me. These are end times people. No one is above God we should be treating each other better than we do. But then again that's just my opinion that I'm entitled to have. People please treat other people with kindness and charity and respect and even love because one day we're going to be put that book of life and some people are not going to have a good report. Review: Bug Bites from Hotel bed

I stayed at the casino hotel and got Bug Bites. I was told by Mr [redacted] that it didn't happen in his hotel. What an [redacted]. I do know what a bite is and when I received some bite. I waited to hear from [redacted] the other contact. She didn't even have the decency to give me the time of day. I really Like the casino.

The HOTEL SUCKS. They don't give a [redacted]s [redacted] about you or me.

By the way, I wanted nothing from them but to be aware of the problem. After being Snubbed I felt I better WARN the rest of you out there that will be staying in the hotel. Idecided after being snubbed by the hotel, I would like my money back Desired Settlement: compensation for my room. not the extras I had used ( breakfast or dinner cost )
