Christmas. We would have gladly researched options for them, but that was not what the customer’s spouse requested. She requested a specific cruise. On September 29, our agent booked the desired cruise and emailed the confirmation and airfare options to the customer’s spouse the same day. The cruise booking expired for non-payment on October 1 because our agent did not receive a response and deposit from the customer or customer’s spouse by that date. On October 18, our agent was able to re-book the desired cruise that we had originally booked for them on September 29. The customer’s spouse made payment for the cruise and airfare the same day. There was availability on this cruise, so we are not sure why the customer referenced that it was no longer available and they would not be able to go. The customer’s spouse seemed completely satisfied with the outcome. She did not reference any elements of the customer’s comments in accepting the cruise and air reservations and paying for them in full. We invite the customer to contact us directly at [email protected] or (800) 373-3373, extension 1003 with any further questions or comments. This is the customer’s third vacation using our agency services. We appreciate his repeat business. Tell us why here...
