I have copied the attendance policy and payment plan below This information is provided and acknowledged having been read during registration Sydney missed two days of class and failed to attend the makeup day scheduled after the last class She did not make any attempt to pay
the final $plus $makeup fee This student could have attended two classes which were scheduled in her day window, dates are posted on the web site and never changed, she never showed up for either dates Unfortunately she is now out of her state approved day window Attendance/Tardiness Policy: In order to comply with federal and state regulations,attendance during class is mandatory and students are expected to arrive at the start of class. Students who miss class, lab, and/or clinical will be required to complete the maof this time. Federal and state regulations require that any missed time be mahour for hourThere will be a $fee per day assessed for any needed maday.Students must complete all make-ups within days of the last day of class to receive a certificate of completion from the state (state regulation)If madays are not completed within these days you will be required to re-enroll with a new full payment.*Payment plan also available: ($due at registration, $due first day of class, $due before or on last dayof class) These payments can also be made online or in person
