We have sent in 2 requests for more information on what contraindication is causing Mr. [redacted] to be unable to finish the treatment he signed up for. To date we have not received any information.
This is the same response the Columbus mens clinic gave last time. If they provide a fax number my Dr. Will gladly fax them. They have faxed this company several times and they give the same answer. The patient followed up by stating he could not use our treatment, we advised our patient that we would need something in writing from his doctor explaining the medical contraindications to our treatment that he elected to pursue.
