Columbus Handy Guys

We contracted with Columbus Handy Guys to repair a water line to our refrigerator because there was a leak between the water source and our refrigerator. They came out initially on May 29, 2020 to do the repair. They were supposed to install a braided flexible metal water line to solve this problem. However, they did not install this braided line and made some other minor repairs hoping to fix the problem. They were promptly paid and told us if there were any issues to contact them. Everything seemed to be working fine and there was water and ice coming from the refrigerator, however on May 31, 2 days later, I noticed there was a leak and promptly turned the water off. We contacted Columbus Handy Guys and they came out June 2 and installed the braided line hopefully fixing the problem. Again there was a leak and this time although water is available, the refrigerator is not making ice. It seem obvious that they didn't reconnect something properly since water is leaking directly from a line that was not connected to the refrigerator in addition to not having ice.
