Dear [redacted] In responce tp Complant # [redacted] submited by Roger ***rMr ***r purchased a Missouri Red granite Monument that is not a standard size with a custom design.We have had Foundation placed in Union cemetery and the design completed and approved.If Mr ***r would like his money returned I would gladly return less the foundation charge for a return of1296.00.I have checked repeatedly on the status of the raw materials and it will ship Oct 28th.Note this is a custom sise and will take any memorial co some time to recive.I apologize for any grief Mr ***r and or his family have feltI cannot control our suppiers on a custom size, Sincerely Carmine Menduni
