frame & tried several times to contact the seller. By the response you would think they decided to do the right thing and refund me. Not the case as I had to seek refund from my bank. In an effort to do what is right the merchant can reach me directly and I will pay for the one frame I did get but I am not going to allow them to lie about the situation!
