On June 8, our technician went to the home of Mrs*** *** at her request to check her
air conditionerUpon inspecting her air conditioner the technician found problems made a list and shared it with Mrs***Mrs*** declined to address all problemsMrs*** chose and requested bare minimum to get system operational at time of service from Columbia Heating and Cooling
In event TXV valve failed it would not have been due to refrigerant A/C seal as it has been used in thousands and thousands of systems with no problems
Also if TXV valve truly it should have been covered by Carrier under a recall/warranty and there should NOT have been a charge for a repair of that caliber
In the event that Mrs*** would have contacted our company there would have been NO charge for us to return to her home and analyze any further problems
Enclosed you will find a copy of Mrs***'s invoice and a copy of the estimate list that was made and shared with Mrs***You will note that Mrs*** initialed the work she declined and the work she approved on the estimate sheetMrs*** also signed the invoice acknowledging the satisfactory completion of work completed, and initialed three different places on the invoice explaining no warranty and other problems that existed with the system that she chose not to address
