times to cancel for the last four years we have had a very strict no cancellation over the phone policy numbers must come in and sign a cancellation notice we then give them a copy and keep a copy for us so each party has full record of cancellation. All of our employees are very aware of this policy and they make our members very aware of this policy as well with no exceptions, [redacted] was also on a year membership she signed a contract in February 2016 Agreeing that she would be locked into her membership for a full year, in December 2016 when the member claims she attempted to cancel she would have still been under her year contract and not eligible for cancellation, as of now her your contract is up and she has been canceled since February 2017 she is no longer a member at our facility and has not been charged anymore then agreed upon in original signed contractSent from my iPhone
