Review: I started with this company around 11-2013. I was given a list with available donor embryos to choice from only with the information of them being Caucasian. I was given no other information until arrival to the clinic ready for the embryo donation. I was told then that the donor had been 39 at the time of the embryo creation and that the embryo were not the best. I ended up with a blighted ovum. No baby grew in the sac. Then on top of that services that were part of the "Cycle" were also sent in as a claim to my insurance and they got double paid.Desired Settlement: File a corrected claim with insurance and send money back to the insurance. and Settle some sort of refund because of not informing clients of at least on the availability list the age of the donor at the time of creation and what quality the embryos are in.
