COMFORT GUARANTEE. No body at their Store told us at the time of purchasing and even it was not written on their website as well. I thoroughly checked their website before exchange. They just sale their products without guiding a single word and keep all the policies (which doesn't exit even on paper) at the time of exchange or return.  Although They deserve a full refund of whole money $ 125 because they took my time and efforts to realize them that they are doing business in an unprofessional way. But I am agree with their offer for refund.Your efforts in this regards to solve the issue are highly appreciated.
