SAFETY ALERT Check out these harmful ingredients - that's a shame ColourPop is using social media advertising mostly to teens the products full of highly toxic chemicals not disclosed on the website and products. And no phone on the website and business facebook page- that's too shady.

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not mean to be on a back and forth with a company over mere $6. What I want to know is about my original request for a refund, which was denied. I completely understand the no return policy, but I notified the company there was a mistake is the order and I made clear that I wanted a refund, not an exchange. Company pointed out only an exchange was possible, and later on, not even that.
My question is, is it lawful to deny a refund when a customer reaches out to the company and says they need to amend an order? What exactly is the policy? As I said previously, I found customers online who were in the same situation and had their orders amended. Does it come down to the employee who is handling each request?

I am rejecting this response because:The promotional offer should be upheld and I would like to receive a voucher for the item I was promised. My address was not insufficient. I gave my legal address and my other mail has had no problems arriving at my address. ColourPop is not being truthful nor ethical in the treatment of their customers.

Good afternoon, Colourpop's statement is very inaccurate. One, they did not respond to ANY of my emails. I want them to forward the email conversations between us so the Revdex.com can see that they did not respond to any of them. Two, they saw my complaint on instragram about not responding to my emails and not giving me a confirmation code so they decided to contact me through INSTAGRAM ,not through email (I attach the conversation). In that conversation, you will see that they did not mention anything about responding to my email or getting my email . Third, I will attach the bank statement that shows that they did not return my money. Fourth, I went to the post office on several occasions( 5/19-5/22) and they stated that I did not have any package there. Fifth,Colourpop never sent me that confirmation code,and the code does not even work . I want Colourpop to forward the conversation between us through email showing both the date and time . -S[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: In my original complaint, I specified very clearly times and dates, which the business failed to consider in their response.First, I would like to ask, why could they not amend my order? Why couldn't they take 1 item off? Thankfully, it was just 1 item duplicated, what if it was the whole order, wouldn't I be able to receive a refund? I research in some online forums and found this other customers with the same issue I had, some had their orders amended by the company and some did not (like me). Is there any clear policy on this or it all comes down to an employee that dont to go through the hassle and say they can't do it? The company also implies that it took me too long to get back to them. I never imagined that they would not amend my order. But still, I answer them on the very same day of the order. Very late at night, but on that same day. Their rep said on this instance that the item could be swapped as long as it was not on SHIPMENT process. Very well. Around 3 in the afternoon the next day, they email me saying they could no longer swap because the order was on PACKING PROCESS. I answered back questioning, if its not yet shipped, how hard can it be to swap a lipstick for another?So in short, I emailed them back Thursday night, on Friday afternoon they said they could not swap it, but the order was actually just shipped on Monday morning. By the time I filed this complaint, the order had not yet shipped. To say that it was too late to amend the order was simply not true. All dates and times I mention can be confirmed by our email communications. So why not just simply amend the order?Later that same night. I saw the company's response

I am rejecting this response because: Patience had nothing bro do with my issue. Is the customer support that had to do with my situation. However, your response did not really explain my issue with the business. I understand packages do get lost. But...me contacting USPS was not very helpful. I figured I would possibly be able to get in touch faster as my initial thought was maybe you would have been able to get more information or have a contact to get that. But the response I always received were very generic. Yes, I understand We utilized the same website to get that information. I must have spoke with 6 different people and called 4 different numbers. All needed was more info and making sure that package was going to arrive to my destination. I can certainly wait . However, If item does not arrive by next week . I will like to get a refund or resend the items. That's all. Appreciate your attention to this matter.

We recommend for the customer to check tracking periodically for any delivery/shipping updates. As we ship via USPS, the customer's package is estimated to be delivered within 3-5 business days.
