I have been renting items from ColortymeI have a huawei ascend mate used, a samsung note and a used bunk/day bed - the bed had damage when I got itI have been paying since and have payed 3x more than what the phone is worthThey refused to take back the phones because the screen was crakedI offered to return the itemsThey sent me letters saying they wanted the items back but would not take themVery rude and angry when I asked for copies of records they would not give them

The company states they contacted me, but did not since my phone log shows no call from the company.  I was able to finally speak with the sales representative and he stated the phone numbers he dialed to contact me were wrong.  I could have been contacted if the company referenced the proposal.  I was glad he came to remeasure the doors and he discovered the doors do not have the same size opening.  I am currently waiting for a response concerning the company's next decision.

Customers garage is out of level & we are getting trim to make it look better. The floor is off from 1 door to the other by 1.5" Once we get the trim we will call & do trim & hardware. [redacted]

Adding to the top trim may correct not seeing the top trim; however, the corners where the crossbars meet the trim will not be similar at the top and bottom of the doors.  This will not produce the visual design I requested when ordering the doors.
