Bought a shirt that was described to be a youth small. If you *** what size a youth small is you'll come to the conclusion that a youth small in the *** is a 6-8 a youth extra small would be a 5. I was sent a shirt size 4t its a toddler shirt not what was advertised.

Desired Settlement: Exchange I would like them to pay the return shipping and send me an actual youth small size 6-8 not a toddler shirt and expect me to pay return shipping on a product that if they properly described as a toddler shirt not a youth shirt I wouldn't have bought it.
Per our FAQs and policies that are stated clearly on the store:
1) Colortest gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
2) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3) We can provide sizing guides on most products. Please email us to request a specific product size guide.
I advised the customer that we would be happy to issue him a refund on his shirt once we received the return. He did not contact us before ordering to ask about sizing or request a size chart. If he was wanting or expecting a specific numerical size, that would need to be addressed beforehand.
Unfortunately, when online shopping you take the risk of an item not fitting or not being as expected and unless otherwise stated you are responsible for returning the item at your own cost. We do not offer exchanges.
This customer called our office and because he was screaming and cursing at my staff I handled the call myself. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service within the bounds of our company policies. We make sure our company policies are not only clear but that we as a team are available to handle service requests that may not be covered in our policies.
This instance is covered in our policies. When you purchase and item from us you agree to our policies in that purchase.

You sell as a third party with no way to know you are the seller unless you are tech savvy you have no disclaimers on the *** site itself which is the site I bought from also no si8'g charts are available in the faqs. I was also informed by the woman I spoke with that her husband was the owner. So the response here isn't valid. I have my wife as a witness to attest to the fact that I didn't curse at them at all. Just very frustrated because you sold a product with a description as a youth small. God *** a youth small. See what the sizes say before you advertise it as such a youth small is not a toddler shirt in any circumstance.
