Colors Worldwide

This company refuses to give refund of ticket purchases due to Covid19 Cancellations multiple times!
I purchased ticket to an event through colors worldwide. The event was to originally take place in April Or May. Due to Covid, colors has to postpone the event at thet point I asked for a refund because of the uncertainty of my availability whenever the eveny was reschedule. Colors refused the refund. The event was then rescheduled for a date in June. It was again postponed by Colors due to Covid19. I asked again for a refund and they still refused. Now my family is currently dealing with confirm covid cases within my household and I would like my money back so that it can be used for more important matters.

I purchased my ticket months ago for the R&B Only event that was originally March 20 or 21. It was cancelled due to COVID-19 and so as everyone was asking for refunds, they said no they will consider refunds once they come up with a rescheduled date. Once they did which was changed to June I reached out again asking for a refund and they basically said no refund. Now that COVID-19 is still very much going on they have postponed it to August. They now said they are nonrefundable. This is ridiculous. We have lost our jobs and are going through financial hardship and this time is an inconvenient time right now they should waive that and give people back their money. We aren't even sure we will be able to be in a facility it's a lot ppl in August. They just want to keep rescheduling so they can keep our money.
