Colors Of Nature

I'd heard about Colors of Nature paints on *** and immediately went to the website to find out more. I was drawn to the product for a number of reasons but the most important being less waste, so I was super excited to buy a product that not only was earth friendly in its chemical make-up, but also in its packaging.
I was extremely disappointed to receive my paints after all the build-up and anticipation. I went back to the website scouring the site for something I might have missed. From everything I could find, both in visuals and in writing, I expected to receive my paints in reusable pots. However, what I received was an array of rather beat up tubes, with extremely inconsistent amounts of product (much less product than the stated 10 ml amount promised), which cannot be 'washed out and re-used'. Furthermore, because of the recycling guidelines and restrictions where I live, the tubes can't even be recycled.
It is important that a company honestly and accurately represents the product they sell, not just in what they say in a mission statement but in their visual depictions and delivery of that product as well. This product was not accurately or honestly represented.
