Review: We had our home painted by Colors Of Europe in 2007 and paid over $ 8000 . A big selling factor was the guarantee of their quality, and that we had a lifetime warranty on the paint. We are in process of selling our home and because the paint is peeling we asked them to honor their warranty and repaint. They are giving us the run-around. First indicated it will take 3 weeks, then after 3+ weeks we called them and they are now indicating it will take 3 more weeks before they can even tell us when and if they can schedule. If we were new customers I am sure they could SCHEDULE the painting. However, because this is involving a repair of their inferior product, they are not able to even provide a date of completion. We are very dssappointed with this company. Clearly a scam to get top dollar and will not honor their "warranty". We want our trim repainted within 2 weeks so we can put it on the market.
