Color mania accepted my money and I didn't receive my orderI paid 945$ for a gas tankThey never answered phone calls or emails after taking my moneyBut when they did respond now they say that they went out of business

I ordered motorcycle paint from Colormania (Gunmetal Blue) Was told by *** (via email on 6/22) that the paint would match existing Harley Paint I received the paint and had parts of my bike painted The paint they sent was the wrong shade (it was Gunmetal Gray and not Gunmetal Blue) and it did not match I tried for almost two months to get in contact with them Final *** *** responded to my email on August 5th and said they were running behind but he would send the correct paint right away or a refund I have not heard back from him They have not returned any emails and will not return any calls I am requesting my $back My paint order number was ***

This is a follow up to same complaint I made previous...see 1/4/16 update in Delivery Issues section... On 12/30/15 I received an email from, presumably, the company owner stating that the bag was ready to be shipped back to me. He also noted that he was aware of the Revdex.com complaint but that Colormania does not respond to Revdex.com complaints as Revdex.com was under investigation. A link to a youtube website was attached to the email Never-the-less, even though they don't respond to Revdex.com, the email went on to say that my bag would not be shipped until the complaint was resolved. Seemed strange since supposedly they don't respond to Revdex.com complaints... regardless, I did as requested. Notified Revdex.com that the proposal from Colormania (to close complaint) was acceptable as resolution. The bag didn't ship. In the meantime I decided to pursue canceling the credit card payment since I wasn't hearing anything back from Colormania. That prompted an email from Colormania stating that they couldn't send the bag back with a pending backcharge. I responded saying I'd cancel the backcharge if they sent me a tracking number for the shipment of the bag. I waited two weeks, no response. I sent another email stating I would send a money order or again drive to San Diego and hand them money directly...no response. Note that the bag has now been in the possession of Colormania for almost 4 months. Regardless of what has transpired during this time, it is ridiculous that this should drag on so long. Evidently Colormania and I cannot come to an agreement to resolve the issue.I would like the bag sent back to me. Upon receipt of the bag I will send money ordert to Colormania. Will accept working with a "3rd person" to make an in-person physical exchange of dollars to saddlebag.

Review: I delivered my front fender and gas tank to Colormania in San Diego on 8/29/15 to be repaired and painted on Colormania Work Order [redacted]. I paid $700.00 in full using my credit card, and I was quoted a 3 to 4 week delivery, and its now 10/26/15, and they have not delivered my fender and tank, and I've tried to call several times leaving voice messages each time, and I have also sent several emails, and have received absolutely no response from Colormania. .Desired Settlement: I just want my fender and tank repaired and painted as greed to, and paid for.

We finished the tank but the right side decal was damaged in the process and wrinkled when it came in contact with clear coat. We need a right side decal to complete this repair. This type of reaction does happen from [redacted]e to [redacted]e specially with older or aftermarket decals.

Are you able to send us a right side decal?

Once the decal arrives your tank will be finished within 1-2 days.

Colormania will not answer phone calls, nor respond to email requestsDesired Settlement: Since the check has been cashed and the tank should have been repaired, I would like the tank returned as agreed.

Review: I have given my motorcycle paintjob project to Colormania and made my full payment to Colomania Paint as per the work order created with them (Wed, 15 Jul 2015, they email confirm me payment received), They promise (via email Fri, 31 Jul 2015) my project will be completed on scheduled; follow up email on Mon, 17 Aug 2015, they said my parts will be ready in less than 3 wks. I email them to follow up the project status again on Tue, 8 Sep 2015 and No response; another email follow up on 9/14/15 and finally they responded by saying they will continue to work on my project but given no specific date target for completion or delivery. I email them asking for either they fully refund payment back to me if they cannot deliver the project on schedule as agreed OR they provide me status update of my project (with pictures as proof) and let me know what is revised target date for delivery. Again, they do not reply since September 14th and no one is answering the phone calls made to their office during their business hours.Desired Settlement: IF they have difficulties to finish the project and deliver it, simply tell me now and refund the full payment amount + all bank charges to me. This company is NOT delivering the promise they made to me as their customer.
