On May 30th *** *** emailed me to request a refund. *** believed she was having an allergic reaction to the lashes and wanted her money refunded do to the reaction. I told her that due to the fact she purchased a *** to have Lash extentions applied She would need
to contact ***. She asked why I couldn't give her a refund And wanted to give me her credit card. I don't refund money that was paid to a 3rd party (***). I contacted *** This morning to see if *** had requested a refund. As of this morning *** had not been contacted by ***, I was told to get a refund for her service. I spoke to *** with *** at ***. *** told me that *** would issue a refund due to a medical base problem *** Requested my sanitation procedure and a copy of the adhesive products MSDS list as follows: Wash all metal tools with soap and scrub debris off with a brush (tweezers) and rinsed with clear water All Tools are then put in solution of *** /Salon & Spa Pathogen Killing Sanitizer & DisinfectantThe tools Soak for a minimum of minutes The sanitizer solution is diluted to manufactures direction of 1/ounce to gallon of water. (This Sanitizing solution is changed Daily) After the minimum of minutes the tools are removed and rinsedDried with a paper towel and placed in a sealed bag and stored in a sealed container until they are needed for the service All Tools are only used on only 1 client and sanitized between every client. There are also items used for lashes application's that are single use and are then thrown in the trash, this would include pads used under the eye to hold down bottom lashes, micro brushes to brush lashes, paper towels that all lash products are placed on to be used. Lashes are a one time use as well and never reused ore recycled Attached you will find the Lash Stuff MSDS on the Black Diamond adhesive that I useThe Lashes are a synthetic Mink to look and feel like mink but are not made from an animal
