Although they are an IN NETWORK Cigna provider they claim they do not accept Cigna and demanded I pay full price up front for an Ultrasound. Cigna spoke with the billing office multiple times to verify my coverage and give pre-authorization. They still refused to accept my Cigna and demanded full price up front payment. Either total incompetence or a nice little scam they got going. I am an RN at a hospital where they work as well! STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS UROLOGY GROUP BUYER BEWARE

I've never had a worst experience in a doctors office. After waiting 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and I approached the reception desk. I canceled my appointment. No one, no one spoke to anybody in the waiting room to tell any of us that the doctors were running late. Terrible customer service absolutely terrible. I will never go back. No wonder they have a two star rating. I called the manager and it took 18 hours for him to call me back. Totally worthless person. He couldn't care less about how I as a patient felt being put on hold with no notice.

I was sent to Alpine Urology in Westminster for a consult. I am a disabled patient and one of my CNA's went with me. The doctor and other staff were very rude to me and my CNA that went with me. I am alert and oriented and able to speak for myself. My staff sent all necessary paperwork. I sat and waited in pain to find out nothing is going to be done for me. I feel the staff did not ask me any questions of what is going on. I went back to my home and was told Alpine Urology called my nurses and were very rude, disrespectful and un professional in the way they talked to my help. I would not recommend anyone going to Alpine Urology in Westminster. I will not go back, staff is abrasive and mean.
