I took my husbands [redacted] in to get the seats reupholstered for his birthday and I was told initially that the seats were going to be a beige leather with creme leather accentI was confident about the place because I had looked at all the reviews and supposed pictures of the owner ***'s work So I dropped the truck off on Tuesday May 31st and was told that it would be ready in 2-days and that I would get a phone call, which I figured was perfect since my husbands birthday is the 9th of JuneSo I waited for the phone call informing me that the truck was ready but I didnt receive a callSo I let the weekend pass assuming that they are just so busy, but I call on Monday June 6th and speak to [redacted] again and he tells me that he apologizies but that the truck will for sure be ready on wednesday June 8thSo trying to be an understanding person I agree and just hope that everthying comes out perfectWhen I go to pick up the truck on June 8th about 4pm I look at the seats and

I have too many customers to remember this person. If she can send me an invoice to prove she was my costumers, then we will talk. I have had this buisness for 25 years, and have never have such an outrageous complaint, and if we ever do the costumer leaves their car to get the one they were...

expecting.  If she hadn't liked the seats she could have not taken then, and we would have quickly fixed her complaint. I tried to call the phone number given to me, and no one answered. I would like this person to prove they were my costumer. Its been two months, and never called me, or came to my company to complain.
