Unfortunately due to company policy we cannot issue a refund as there is a "NO REFUND" policyOur product is flash frozen and is suppose to be cooked directly from frozen, which in this particular issue the customer notified the manager that the product was thawed out completely which would result in a tough, chewy, or flavorless steakIf product is cooked from frozen which customer was advised to do but refused to try, then results of the product would have a better outcomeWe will still offer our one year guarantee to come out and replace or exchange the product as stated by company policyTo obtain more assistance feel free to contact our customer service at ***
We bought steaks from one of their Phoenix vendorsThe vendor was nice, but a total pushy salesmanAnd he told us no information about the product
The first steaks were inedibleWhen I rang Colorado Steaks I was told they must be cooked from frozen not thawedSo why weren't we told?
When I rang the CSR promised someone would be in touch with us to replace the steaksNever happened and they never respond to complaints sent by their website
Stay away from this company - they just aren't honest

Customer spoke with manager and issue was resolved!
Unfortunately due to company policy we cannot issue a refund as there is a "NO REFUND" policy. Our product is flash frozen and is suppose to be cooked directly from frozen, which in this particular issue the customer notified the manager that the product was thawed out completely which would result in a tough, chewy, or flavorless steak. If product is cooked from frozen which customer was advised to do but refused to try, then results of the product would have a better outcome.
