I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
When the institution's actions prohibit a student from continuing even though the institution knows that funds will be available. I consolidated my loan, there are not barriers to the acceptance of that loan, once the loan is consolidated, which now it is, the financial aid will be available. In point of fact, the loan is now consolidated and I am waiting for clearance letter.
