We had them service my home from 6-19-to 7-31- They over billed our account for services that were cancelled due to my son moving in I do have email correspondence from them stating this They do not answer calls and have recently sent me to collections Below is the email conversations:

Tyler, the invoice doesnt include this payment that was already made and deposited on Aug 11th that is attached for $ There were also the two mowings that your crew (the same that forgot to tell you that they didnt mow our lawn for three weeks) didnt edge the lawn and we had to call to ask to have them reminded to do it and now there is a $internet pay fee that Ive never seen before I think we can both agree that this is getting completly ridiculous I would normally just say we will pay the difference and correct the books on your end, but the billing issues we have had makes me over cautious Please remit another in
