First of all, [redacted] called me on Thursday April 23rd at 2:22 pm and he told me at that time that his roof had been leaking for several weeks.
He said he had a different roofing company out to his house a couple of days ago. They inspected...

his roof and told him it was leaking around his chimney. They did not fix the leak at that time.
Nathaniel a project manager from Colorado Roofing and Remodeling talked with [redacted] on April 24th in the morning, cancelled his appointment with [redacted] letting him know he could not come out and inspect his roof. Nathaniel never promised to patch, fix, or repair any part of [redacted]'s roof.
His appointment that he cancelled with [redacted] was to inspect the roof only. Nathaniel went above and beyond his job by contacting other contractors to try and help [redacted] out. When he could not get any other contractors to go out and inspect [redacted]'s roof. He let [redacted] know.

No I did not have a different roofing company fix it a few days ago. It was a few years ago since I last fix it.
Nathaniel promised many things on the phone that he would take a look and stop the leak temporary. Lots of talk about insurance. He cancelled after dragging me for 2 days after accepting the contract and postpone the appointment 3 times before he finally told me he couldn't come. I waited at home all morning and afternoon. Even then he didn't cancel the appointment, promised to find another contractor and never called back. The job order was to come out and at least to take a look and even that he did not fulfill. At that time I was delayed not by two days but by weeks because of the rainy weather and it was not safe for other contractors to take a look.
Nathaniel did not let me know he couldn't get other contractors. He never replied or called me back. The last call I got was him telling me he is trying to contractor and that he was certain he could get one to look at it on the day of.
False advertisement of service on phone. Horrible scheduling and service. Lack honesty, keep saying he would come by a certain time but multiple excuses to delay it multiple times. Lack professionalism, promise many things over phone but not able to execute on anything.

As you stated in your first response, your roof was leaking for some time because you had another roofing company come out and inspect your roof before you contacted us.

Colorado Roofing and Remodeling is not responsible for a roof that has been leaking for some time.
We had no contract to do anything for you at all. We had no job order of any type.
You called to schedule an inspection of your roof. We called to let you know we could not inspect your roof.
